Truth doesn’t disappear because we can’t see it. I watch women’s entire future change in the space of a single sentence. 

A woman books a session believing we’re going to talk about her pricing, her marketing, or whether it’s finally time to build something new. We begin there because that’s what’s in front of her. Then, somewhere in the middle of the conversation, everything shifts. The business stops being the conversation, and the decision underneath it quietly walks into the room.

That’s where the truth lives.

After nearly twenty years of doing this work….the question that brings a woman to me is rarely the one that’s shaping her life.

By the time she finds me, she’s already read the books, hired the coach, listened to the podcasts, asked everyone she trusts, prayed, journaled, and tried to think her way through it. Information isn’t what’s missing anymore. The hardest part is seeing clearly while you’re standing in the middle of a decision that’s saturated every cell of your body.

I’m not in the convincing business.

That no longer surprises me.  It humbles me.

Moments like this make up the core of what I do.  I’ve stopped needing proof before trusting what I’m seeing. I’ve come to trust that there are answers buried beneath years of fear, responsibility, old identities, and everyone else’s expectations. My work is seeing them before there’s enough evidence for them to make logical sense.

I never know exactly what will be revealed before we begin.  I do know this….every woman I’ve sat with has left seeing something she couldn’t see when she arrived.  Things that:

The marriage she finally has the courage to leave.

The offer that’s been waiting for her all along.

Health being restored.

Many begin trusting themselves in a way they never have before. Others stop negotiating with what they know. The outcome is always personal. The transformation is always real. Once you see something that’s true, you can’t unknow it. It’s almost impossible to keep living as though you never saw it.
